Gheras Endowment Fund will invest in traded securities (such as Equities and Sukuk) that are Shari’a Compliant and in other Shari’a Compliant financial instruments and assets consistent with the Investment Policy, with a view to generate long-term capital appreciation and income returns for the Fund for the benefit of Endowment Institutions in their capacities as Unitholders, while maintaining appropriate risk mitigants in the Fund.
